Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Earrings, body piercing products, hair accessories, face masks and gift cards cannot be returned for change of mind reasons. Refunds are also not available in cases of inappropriate care of your purchased items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Repair/Replace policy is additional to the refund policy & stands on it's own.
Inclusions: earring hooks & posts coming away from polymer clay earrings.
Exceptions to this policy - Second hand UV lights. These are sold on a Good Faith basis.
Resin Workshops
In regards to our Resin Workshops being delayed for any reason you will have the option to move to another ‘Workshop Date’ of your choice. Or you are welcome to have a refund.
Workshop Refund Policy
Refunds for workshops are managed based on a timetable of diminishing redeemable value. (ie: notice period & replaceability)
A full refund is given -$10 admin fee if cancelled 5 days prior to the workshop commencement date.
No refund offered in cases of non attendance.
Workshop attendance can be transferred to another person. As product selections are required for each student this needs to be arranged a minimum if 4 days before the commencement date of the workshop.
In special circumstances a transfer may be offered this is at the businesses discretion (The above criteria need to be met) A transfer is offered once & if the participant is does not attend the fee for attendance will be forfeited. Participants will only be able to transfer to 'another' workshop date that has no other transferred participants already attending.
In cases where there is a Waiting List for a workshop Little Goddess will in some cases consider this to be the same as the original participant attending the Workshop.
Materials:
We endeavour to offer the safest products & practices available for our workshops. Our epoxy resin is non VOC. Attending a workshop is intirely at your discretion & therefore the responsibility solely sits with the individuals or guardians that attend.
It is not recommended that you attend a Workshop while you are pregnant.

By registering for our workshop(s), you agree not to replicate our workshop(s) (content, lesson plan, literature, etc.)
If you intend to replicate or adapt our workshops, please seek written permission from us prior to registration.
If you are an art educator or teacher in a Ministry of Education (MOE) or MOE-registered school and would like to learn from us to teach your students, please let us know prior to registration. We may arrange a teacher-training scheme and offer special rates on teaching materials to support you, subject to approval.
Participants who fail to abide by our terms will be banned from attending our workshops and we reserve the right to take legal action.
